Welcome to ClawCADE! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClawCADE website (claw-cade.com) and our services, including arcade game passes, party bookings, memberships, merchandise, and other related products and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
ClawCADE Terms of Service: Arcade Rules & User Policies
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment and Billing
ClawCADE uses Stripe to process payments securely for purchases, bookings, and memberships. By providing a payment method, you agree to pay for the Services or products selected, including applicable taxes and fees. All payments are non-refundable, except as provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (see Section 5).
3.1 Pricing and Availability
Prices for Services and products are displayed on claw-cade.com and are subject to change without notice. Availability of certain Services, such as game passes and party bookings, may be limited.
3.2 Payment Methods
ClawCADE accepts credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize ClawCADE to charge the payment method you provide.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
ClawCADE may offer membership plans or subscriptions that provide access to exclusive benefits, discounts, and services. Membership terms, benefits, and fees will be outlined at the time of purchase and are subject to these Terms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Game Passes and Tokens
Game passes and tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
5.2 Memberships
Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time through your account page or by contacting customer support. Refunds for memberships will be issued only if required by law.
5.3 Party and Event Bookings
Party and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments.
6. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms our Services, employees, or other customers, including abusive or disruptive behavior at the ClawCADE location.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on claw-cade.com or in our arcade are owned by ClawCADE or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClawCADE is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience, but we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our Services, except as required by law. By using our Services, you agree to release ClawCADE and its employees from any claims or liability arising out of your participation in any activities or use of our Services.

10. Changes to the Terms
ClawCADE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on claw-cade.com, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
