ClawCADE is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Arcade\/Prize Crane Attendant to join our team at Roosevelt Field Mall. If you have a passion for games and enjoy helping guests have an amazing experience, we\u2019d love to hear from you!<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Assist guests with operating arcade games and prize cranes.<\/p>\n
\u2022Ensure all games and machines are functioning properly and report any issues to the arcade technicians.<\/p>\n
\u2022Monitor the arcade area to maintain a safe and fun environment for all guests.<\/p>\n
\u2022Explain game rules and provide tips to guests to enhance their gaming experience.<\/p>\n
\u2022Restock prizes and keep the prize area organized.<\/p>\n
\u2022Fill prize cranes regularly to ensure a great selection for guests.<\/p>\n
\u2022Clean and maintain arcade machines and equipment.<\/p>\n
\u2022Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.<\/p>\n
\u2022Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area.<\/p>\n
\u2022Assist with special events and parties as needed.<\/p>\n
\u2022Follow all company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.<\/p>\n
\u2022Must be available to work on weekends.<\/p>\n
\u2022Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n
\u2022Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.<\/p>\n
\u2022Reliable and punctual.<\/p>\n
\u2022Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fun environment.<\/p>\n
